This was me after trying random workouts with no plan for three years…
I had tried EVERYTHING. The couch to 5k, the HIIT workouts on YouTube, expensive gym memberships, heavy lifting, you name it, I’d done it. And yet I just couldn’t stick to it, I found no enjoyment in it, and I saw zero results.
My body wasn’t doing what I wanted it to. My energy was drained. My mental health was rock bottom. I was completely disconnected from my body, aimlessly trying random routines and treating my workouts like a checklist, pushing through exhaustion and always searching for the next thing that might ‘fix’ me.
I was trying so hard to do everything right, that I was unintentionally wronging my body.

For the first time, I had a plan—one that actually worked with my body instead of against it. I stopped chasing random workouts and finally found a method that was simple, structured, and sustainable.
I started feeling stronger—not just in my body, but in my mind. I started working out smarter, not harder. My energy skyrocketed. My confidence grew. Movement became something I looked forward to, not something I had to force myself to do.
I wasn’t spending hours working out, yet my body was responding in ways it never had before. I felt toned, sculpted, and powerful. Instead of dreading my workouts, the routine I craved came with ease.

A midweek motivation booster, a full body class designed to release endorphins and make you glow from the inside out.

A full body sculpt class designed to bring the heat to your whole body.
// Day 5: Momentum Boost
To complete the challenge, a full body strengthening class to help you feel motivated and energised to continue your habit beyond the challenge.

Nope! You can do everything bodyweight only. If you have small weights or bands, you can use them, but they’re totally optional.

Yes! The plan is designed to work with your body, not against it. You'll learn how to listen to your energy levels and adjust as needed.

I would say if you’re a total beginner, definitely take the time to go through the Pilates Foundations program first, before taking on this challenge. This is to prime your body so that you can get the best results possible.
