Meet Hayley

I’m Hayley, Founder of The Pilates Flow. This platform is deeply personal for me. After facing postnatal psychosis, living with endometriosis and adenomyosis, and going through two major surgeries, I know what it feels like when your body feels out of control.

I’ve struggled with hormone imbalances, unpredictable symptoms, and the frustration of trying workouts and wellness plans that just didn’t fit my unique needs.

As a certified Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve seen firsthand how mindful movement can transform women’s lives, especially when it’s tailored to support your body and cycle.

That’s why I created The Pilates Flow, to offer something different: a way to move that truly honours your body and your cycle, even on the hardest days.

With simple, 15-minute flows designed to support you through each phase of your cycle, I’m here to help you rebuild strength, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

  • Absolutely. In fact, The Pilates Flow is designed to take you right from the start of your journey, with the help of the Pilates Foundations course, to building up more strength than you ever thought possible.

  • What sets TPF apart from other at-home workout platforms, is the live classes and 15//3 Method. This unique blend of community classes and short, powerful pre-recorded classes makes TPF one of the most effective platforms out there.

  • You can absolutely do your own thing, the on-demand library has over 150 classes for you to choose from. But, if you appreciate not having the mental load of choosing which class to do, the 15//3 Method is a great solution!

  • A mat is recommended for doing Pilates to protect your joints, but no other equipment is required. There are a few classes in the library that involve light weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands, but they are optional should you want to buy extra equipment to support your practice.

  • Both! The blend of live classes and on-demand classes for you to do in your own time is what makes TPF truly unique.

  • The Pilates Flow is hosted by a platform called Instabook, which can be accessed via desktop, iPad or mobile.

  • Yes, there is no minimum contract for your TPF membership, it will keep rolling over until cancelled.

  • The physical results from Pilates can include building leaner, more toned muscles, weight loss, posture improvements and greater flexibility and mobility. This can happen in as little as 28 days. The mental benefits of Pilates, the relaxation, nervous system reset, hormone regulation, is immediate!

  • For the most part, yes. Upon joining TPF, you will be sent a safety questionnaire where you can share any physical injuries or concerns you may have. If needed, we can schedule a free 1:1 call to discuss any modifications in your training.

  • Yes! Our community Whatsapp is a place where we keep each other accountable and motivated. The support in our community from members is incredible, it’s the friendliest community on the internet!
